FACTback - Freedom Against Censorship Thailand (Backup) 
Surprisingly, FACT often gets asked how MICT’s blocklist is secret when FACT regularly publishes and updates it.
FACT downloads each MICT secret blocklist from MICT’s login page for ISPs. What you find on this page is the official blocklist.
However, MICT has not made the blocklist public since January 2004. On March 8, 2007, MICT refused to provide FACT their blocklist or finite criteria for blocking websites for the sixth time.

I have been unable to comment on a blog in the US from Thailand.
The blog is http://www.moonofalabama.org. I can reach and read it without trouble.
But the comments are handled through http://www.typepad.com, which a I can no longer reach. I have just noticed this inablity to post since this morning : 11.04.2007.
This particular blog has nothing to do with Thailand, although typepad may handle a lot blogs’ comments.

MICT should really stop treating people like children. We are adults and quite able to decide for ourselves what risks we should take and what vices we do or do not indulge in.

MICT undermines Democracy and the development of THAI peoples intellect with the ignorant way the censure,filter and block the flow of information.
They make TOT a laughing stock of “Companies” by undermining thier credibility.TOT must constantly lie,mislead and fool thier clientel as to the reasons Thier services DO NOT function properly.
MICT YOU ARE a Joke! And You are violating the Thai Constitution.As well as stunting the mentality of Thai Generations to come!
